Super Eagles striker Odion Iighalo has lost a new imported car to the hands of thieves who vandalised his one of his imported new whips at the Apapa Wharf.
Pulse Sports sources revealed that aside vandalising the car which he imported from England, the thieves also stole a number of items he intended to share among friends and family members.
“They stole almost everything in the car, which he wanted to give as a gift to his friends and relatives in Nigeria; including clothes, his club-customized jerseys, boots and wrist watches," the players close associate Abu Ededuan, popularly called the Ambassador tells Pulse Sports.
“They also took televisions, washing machines,phones and refrigerators among others."
Ighalo scored in the Super Eagles 2-0 win over Chad in the 2017 African Nations Cup qualifiers in Kaduna.
It has however been a month to forget for the former Granada striker who also lost his BMW X6 car which was destroyed in a crash.
The BMW X6 was the car Ighalo used throughout his two-week holidays in Lagos but is not known if he was in the car when the crash happened.
The Watford scorer has returned to London where he has kicked off pre-season training.
