Algeria national team coach, Georges Leekens has announced a 23-man squad to face the Super Eagles in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying clash.

Algeria travel to Uyo, Nigeria to take on the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the matchday two of the qualifiers.

Leicester City star, Riyad Mahrez and Islam Slimani both lead 17 other foreign based players and four local-based in the squad.

The 23-man list consists of three goalkeepers, eight defenders, seven midfielders and five attackers.

Nigeria lead the group with three points, Algeria and Cameroon joint-second with a point each while Zambia are bottom with zero points.

The winner of the group automatically qualifies for the 2018 FIFA World Cup holding in Russia.
