The Chairman of the club said the Technical Department was working on new template.
Danladi told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Friday that the club’s performance in the 2015/2016 season would serve as a morale booster for the club.
“It is undeniable, we did well last season, we wanted to play at the continental level, which was our goal; we were close but we were unable to achieve that.
“We have our thinking caps on and we intend to put in place measures that will ensure our victory in the new season as our goals remains the same.
“We have our technical department working round the clock to ensure that we succeed,’’ the club chairman said.
On new intakes during the open transfer window, in order to fortify the team, Danladi said the Technical Department was working on new template.
“The department is making wide consultations on how to beef up the team.
“For now, it will be unprofessional to say who stays and who goes.
“But our fans can be well assured that we will beef up our team adequately in all areas needed.’’
NAN reports that the club finished 11th on the NPFL table with 43 goals from 36 matches played in the last season.
It also finished first runner up at the Federation Cup through a penalty shootout, which ended 5-6 in favour of Ifeanyi Uba FC.
