According to L’Equipe, the 18-year-old initially refused to leave the pitch after he and Raggi were ordered to leave.
The two Monaco players were also left out of their matchday squad for their victory at Metz on Friday, August 18.
It was initially reported that Mbappe was dropped after a row with manager Leonardo Jardim.

With just 11 days remaining in the transfer window, the youngster is expected to join Paris Saint-Germain who are set to complete their second big transfer of the summer after Neymar.
This season so far, Mbappe has only played two games for Monaco, their Champions' Trophy curtain-raiser against Paris Saint-Germain and their Ligue 1 opener against Toulouse.
