The 2015 Nigerian general elections hot-up as the day nears toward February 14, 2015

As many Nigerians are exercising their right to choose their choice candidates in the running for the Presidential and Governorship elections, football stars too are living their civility.

Two former captains of the Super Eagles, Nwankwo Kanu and Joseph Yobo joined President Goodluck Jonathan at the PDP Presidential Rally held at the Liberation stadium Port Harcourt, yesterday Wednesday.

 

Yobo, a River state-born indigene addressed the crowd to a thundering cheer while Kanu took his turn.

It is known that Nigerian striker, Obafemi Martins is a supporter of opposition party, APC and has declared publicly his vote for the party’s candidates.
