Jurgen Klopp is set to move into the former flat of ex Liverpool manager, Brendan Rodgers
After taking Brendan Rodgers’ job at Liverpool, it seems Jurgen Klopp is set to take the old home of the manager who was sacked a fortnight ago.
Daily Mail published photos of the former Borussia Dortmund coach and his wife, Ulla checking out the flat which is located in the Sefton Park area of Merseyside.
Klopp and his wife were joined by her son and his girlfriend as they checked out the penthouse which is worth an estimated £1.2million.
Klopp according to the report will pay £4,000 a month for the flat.
The German has taken over as coach of Liverpool and would hope to turn around the fortunes at the club.
Klopp however has begged for patience as it will take time to build a successful side.
“I am humbled to have this chance. Lots of German coaches have been successful but not many come here,” Klopp told German newspaper Bild.
“This is a big challenge for me and my coaching team.
“Liverpool have had a period without success and changed managers a lot. Now the hope is for miracles, but progress takes time.
“I had a long conversation [with John Henry]. The aim is to develop a recognisable brand of football.”
