It is hard to talk about Jose Mourinho without getting a reply, that was exactly what wife of Real Madrid coach Rafa Benitez got.

Benitez's wife Montserrat Seara earlier in the week joked that her husband has come to Real Madrid to clean up Mourinho's mess just like he has also done in previous clubs.

Benitez has coached two clubs-Inter Milan and Chelsea- after Mourinho's departure and was also newly appointed as manager of Real Madrid just a year after his rival left for a return to Chelsea.

"We tidy up his messes," Seara joked in a recent interview.

For Mourinho though, that wasn't a joke as the Chelsea manager fired a mean reply at Benitez and his wife.

"The lady is a bit confused, with all respect. I'm not laughing," Mourinho said.

"Her husband went to Chelsea to replace Roberto Di Matteo and he went to Real Madrid and replaced Carlo Ancelotti.

"The only club where her husband replaces me was at Inter Milan, where in six months he destroyed the best team in Europe at the time."

Mourinho was not done with his bitter enemy Benitez as he mocked his weight.

"For her to think about me and to speak about me, I think the lady needs to occupy her time and if she takes care of her husband's diet she will have less time to speak about me," Mourinho finally said.

Mourinho and Benitez do not see eye to eye stemming from their early days in the English Premier League with Chelsea and Liverpool respectively.

Their long standing feud began during the UEFA Champions League semi-final clashes in 2005 and 2007, when Benitez' Liverpool beat Mourinho’s Chelsea team twice, with much controversy over Luis Garcia's so-called ‘ghost goal’ in 2005.
