Watford forward Isaac Success has revealed that he will be tying the knot with his girlfriend in 2017.

Success last summer signed for Premier League side, Watford where he has impressed with his performance.

With his club career settled, the 20-year-old is ready to wed his girlfriend.

I have a girlfriend who I love so much and hopefully I will make her my wife very soon, latest by next year,” the Nigerian striker told Daily Light in an interview.

I will not reveal her name to the public yet. Due to some personal reasons, I want to keep it secret at least for now.”

Speaking further on his personal life, the striker revealed that he is currently building a family house in Benin.

I bought a land somewhere in Benin City with the money ex-President Goodluck Jonathan gave us when we won the Under-17 Cup,” he continued.

I have started developing it already and by the grace of God, I will relocate my family there when we finally settle down.”

Growing up in Benin

Success grew up in Benin with his parents; his dad a former footballer and his mum a teacher. He has two brothers and a sister.

My dad supported me to play football because he played football in his youth,” he said.

Ironically, my mum disagreed with my dad because she is a school teacher hence she wanted me to become a university graduate.

I tried to convince my mum that I have something to offer the family through football. After which I started sneaking to the field until the day I got an opportunity to play for BJ Academy where I developed my skills.”
