Falconets 35 players invited for FIFA U-20 World Cup

The Falconets are one of Africa's representatives to the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.

Head Coach of Nigeria’s U-20 women’s team Falconets Chris Danjuma has invited 35 players in preparations for the 2018 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup which will take place in France.

Nigeria's Falconets are one of Africa's representatives at the tournament.

The players are expected to arrive at the Serob Legacy Hotel for the first phase of preparations on Thursday, May 10.

The Falconets who progressed to the semifinals of the World Cup in 2010 and 2014 were drawn in group D alongside Haiti, China, and Germany.

In preparation to perform better than the last outing the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) are putting plans today for the showpiece which will take place from Sunday, 5th August till Friday, August 25 across several venues in France.
