Ideye scored a 79th-minute winner with a superb finish from a tight angle to take the Greek side to six points.
The striker has admitted that him and his teammates had to work their socks off to get all the points against Dinamo Zagreb.
“The team worked very hard, we made sure that we would win the game and this victory keeps us on course for qualification,” Brown Ideye told UEFA.com.
“I scored a very difficult one. It’s unbelievable.
“Everybody can win or lose a game in this group as proved today. We have to show the same level of attention and dedication in the remaining matches.”
Olympiacos are no second in the group but level on six points with Bayern Munich who were beaten away at Arsenal.
Arsenal are in fourth place level on four points with Zagreb who are third.
