Chelsea have tabled a £29million bid to Atletico Madrid for their 28-year-old winger Arda Turan
Chelsea are favourite to land Atletico Madrid winger Arda Turan as the Turkish International is said to want a move to the English Premier League champions.
Jose Mourinho's side has made an £29million offer for the 28-year-old who is also being chased by Barcelona.
Chelsea are prepared to pay the 28-year-old winger £150,000-a-week at Stamford Bridge and his direct and industrious style fits the philosophy of Jose Mourinho.
Manchester United and Paris St Germain are also interested in the winger who has made it clear that he will not be staying at Atletico Madrid for next season.
Turan joined Atletico four years ago from Galatasaray for a Turkish record of £8.5m.
Chelsea last year signed two players-Diego Costa and Filipe Luis- from the 2014 La Liga champions and their familiarity with the club could make their move for Turan successful.
