Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi is pleased with his brace for the Super Eagles of Nigeria in their 3-0 win over Plateau United.

Iwobi scored two second-half goals against Plateau United on Wednesday, October 5 in a warm-up game ahead of the Super Eagles 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Zambia.

After the game, the 20-year-old took to Twitter to share his delight at his goals.

Good game against Plateau United FC. Great team performance and nice to get 45 minutes for my country and also to score two goals #SuperEagles #Nigeria,” the Arsenal forward wrote on Twitter.

With his good form, Iwobi is set to be named in Super Eagles clash with Zambia on Sunday, October 9.

Iwobi got his first Super Eagles call-up in 2015 but made his competitive debut in 2016.
