“Speak Against A Man Of God, Bring A Curse On Yourself And Your Children”

President and head pastor of Believers Loveworld Ministries, Chris Oyakhilome, reportedly enjoined his members to desist from speaking against a man of God, Premium Times reports.

It was gathered that the church also suspended a pastor in Lagos, Michelle Okojie, for her “subversive activities” and reason for her suspension was not disclosed.

During the service, Pastor Oyakhilome, described a man of God as different from a preacher , as one who had been given a revelation from heaven.

This will be the first appearance of Oyakhliome since the divorce news broke last month.

Mr. Oyakhilome said.

Though he was not physically present at the church’s headquarters in Lagos, he conducted the service via a telecast from the branch in Pretoria, South Africa.

After collection of offerings, it was announced that Michelle Okojie, one of the pastors in Lagos, had been suspended from the church.

In a statement issued by the church’s Secretary General, Ray Okocha, it read:

Citing Bible passages from Romans 16:17-20 and Titus 3:10 wherein Christians were told to the church warned every member of the congregation to stay away from Ms. Okojie.

According to Premium Times, efforts to ascertain from the church members the real reasons for Ms. Okojie’s suspension were unsuccessful as all the church members approached for comments declined to speak. But one who spoke over the telephone said that the pastor was suspended for blasphemy.
