Let go of your past, God does not hold it against you

2 Corinthians 5: 9 - "that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation."

We can hold on to our sins, judging and hating ourselves, for as long as possible.

Some people feel they need to do this, in order to justify their forgiveness, or to prevent it from happening, again.

Today, God is telling us to let go of our sins, and past, because He has.

2 Corinthians 5: 17 - 21 tells us, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come, The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God."

Thus, let go of your sins and the 'terrible, unforgivable' things you think are too much for God.

Stop letting yourself, or others make you feel bad for your sins.

All that matters is that God has forgiven you, and reconciled you to Him.
