9. Do not impose your religious views or beliefs on your colleagues: That is a no-go area. You lose friends when you do so.
10. Use word like Thank you and Please: Courtesy stands you out always.
11. Communicate in short, simple to understand sentences: Effective communication is key to successful relationship building.
