Dream House of the Week

This property is a former windmill, built around 1779 and was converted into a home in 1908, DailyMail reports.

Current owner, Meg Crossland, said: "It's a lovely, unique place to live. Sitting on the top floor with a sunrise or sunset is just wonderful - it's so peaceful and the views are fantastic. It's a great place to be to watch firework displays on New Year's Eve.

The mill had already been converted to a home before we bought it but we have changed some features such as the windows. We've also added the guest studio.

It's been a wonderful house to live in and although it's out in the countryside, it's only a mile and a quarter to the nearest shopping centre and it's only an hour and half to London on the train from Lichfield", she added.

Due to it's unique shape, it offers a 360 degree view of the surrounding countryside, large garden, summerhouse and an ornamental pond.

Other features of the unique house include kitchen, bathroom, dining room, two large bedrooms, all on the first floor, sitting room on the second floor, circular study area on the third floor are entirely circular, and feature well.

There is also a separate guest annexe, that has a double bedroom, an ensuite shower room and an entrance hallway.
