The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo state has criticized the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for rejecting the results of the September 28 governorship elections in the state.

The PDP earlier rejected the results after describing them as “fabricated and pre-determined”.

The APC’s comments were made by its Edo Chairman, Anselm Ojezua, on Thursday, September 29.

“This is just a case of a bad loser. It is a pity that the PDP expects to win in a state which it had run down,” Ojezua said.

“Though the announcement of the results is still ongoing, I commend INEC , thus far. The process was very peaceful. INEC was efficient in delivery of materials to ensure that they got to locations on time,” he added.
