The governor made the comment on Saturday, September 26, during an interview with journalists at the side-lines of the 2015 Ojude Oba festival in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.
“For all of us in Bayelsa, we know there is no challenge, contest or threat of any kind. All you have heard or read about us is all propaganda. There is no APC in Bayelsa to threaten us,” Dickson said.
Meanwhile, the APC has cancelled its primary elections in Bayelsa citing security challenges.
Former governor, Timipre Sylva had initially emerged winner but was later accused by Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole of hijacking the exercise.
