Two of the three suicide bombers behind the deadly attack in Istanbul this week had Russian passports, Kyrgyzstan's foreign ministry said on Friday.
Kyrgyzstan says 2 suicide bombers were Russians
Citing Kyrgyzstan's consulate in Istanbul, the ministry said in a statement "the Turkish authorities have established the identities of two terrorists" and named them as Rakim Bulgarov and Vadim Osmanov.
