At least 15 people killed at Sagamihara facility
Police in the city of Sagamihara, west of Tokyo reportedly confirmed the number of deaths and injuries.

According to a report by NHK, a knife-wielding man reportedly went on a rampage at the facility killing 15 and leaving over 45 injured.
The report revealed that an employee of the facility received a call just after 2:30AM on Tuesday, July 26, 2016.

The mass killing is coming barely four days after nine people were murdered by some gunmen in a shopping mall in Munich, Germany.
