Apple CEO-Tim Cook says he wants to die poor

During an exclusive interview this week, the multi-billionaire CEO said he will give away his Apple fortune which is estimated at $700 million, before he dies.

Tim Cook is in the news again. He was recently named by fortune magazine, as the “world’s greatest leader.” Now, in an interview with journalists, Tim Cook says he will die poor.

Tim Cook who shocked the world when he announced that he is gay, said during an exclusive interview with Fortune's Adam Lashinsky this week, that he will give away his Apple fortune which is estimated at $700 million, before he dies.

It is interesting to note, that the Apple CEO has been in the forefront of many charity causes and projects, which industry experts say is a sharp deviation from his mentor-Steve Jobs’ life.

Friends of the multi billionaire CEO say Tim Cook thinks deeply about the future of Apple products, adding that  his interest in social causes and justice clarifies his deep interest in the future of our planet.
