With a theme that is inspired by Social Media Week’s global theme for 2016, the Lagos version of the popular platform will be holding it’s week-long event from February 22 – 26, 2015 with the theme, “The Networked African: Technology’s Impact on Africa (and How We Can Harness it for Good).”
Event proposal submissions now open
The event will explore how mobile technology, networked connectivity, data and other technologies are radically changing daily interactions, industries and communities across Africa.
Since the platform is largely based on collaboration, it has announced on Tuesday that it is open to event proposal submissions, for thought leaders who have ideas and insights that they would like to share.
Submissions will be open from Tuesday, November 17 through December 9, 2015.
