The hashtag #ChangeIsHere is currently atop the trends list on the social networking site, with over four million timeline deliveries.

Tomorrow is Democracy Day, and more importantly, inauguration day for Nigeria's new president.

The importance of the day cannot be overstated as a change of government in any country, most of all Nigeria, is a very important.

As would be expected, young Nigerians are being very vocal about the event and many of them have taken to their Twitter accounts to express their solidarity with the incoming president, Muhammadu Buhari.

The hashtag #ChangeIsHere is currently atop the trends list on the social networking site, with well over four million timeline deliveries, and over 1,500 original tweets, according to trend tracking site, Hashtracking.com.

@Trends_ng has the most tweets on the hashtags, with popular activist @omojuwa, Forbes writer @cynthianyamai and social media marketer @Car_ur_day recording the highest number of influential tweets.
