Get this peek into the community connecting thousands of tech enthusiasts across Africa.
For Loop, Africa’s largest community of software developers will be heading to Ghana on the 11th of November.
It’s the largest community of software developers and tech enthusiasts across Africa. And they are just getting started. There are already networks, Ghana, Uganda, and Kenya.
Within the next one year, they plan to be in 10 African countries.
In just 18 months of existence, ForLoop has become an integral part of the tech ecosystem. Known most notably for its meetups and hackathons held across venues in Nigeria, nothing seems to be bringing the ecosystem together like ForLoop.
The hashtag style has always been #ForLoopX, where X is a city, or a University campus, or now as we see, a country.
The lineup of speakers at the event are an experienced, diverse bunch.
There’s Bubunyo Nyavor, Founder at @AFRadioHQ. He’ll be speaking on “Being World Class.”
Miishe Addy, Co-Founder of Skilltapp, will be speaking on “Humility and Home Court Advantage: Why Africa is the Frontier for World Class Leadership.”
Neo Ighodaro, Hotels.ng’s CTO, will be speaking on “Building For The Bad Guys.”
Christian Nwamba, a Code Beast, and all-round great guy, will be sharing “10 Audit Tips to Improve Website Performance for Poor Connectivity.”
Agbo Tettey Soli, a University Lecturer and Software Engineer, will be speaking on “System Analysis and Design”.
The ForLoop mentorship program will be launched and interesting things built by Ghanaian developers, will be showcased.
