More loyalty benefits for customers

Etisalat Nigeria, has gone into a partnership deal with Etihad Airways in other to create a better service offering and exciting customer experience for its GEM customers.

According to a statement on Etisalat website,”GEM means going the extra mile. it's our loyalty reward program to thank our dedicated customers.”

The partnership is a strategic alliance that will offer Etisalat’s GEM customers, some loyalty and lifestyle benefits.

As a result of this partnership, the special GEM customers will get a 20% discount on flight tickets, if they choose to fly Etihad air, to the United Arab Emirate.

The GEM customers will also pay a little below $3,000 for a holiday trip to the United Arab Emirate .

Francesco Angelone, Chief Marketing Officer of Etisalat Nigeria said 'The goal of our partnership with Etihad Airways is to add value to the lives of our GEM customers and make holiday trips and vacations more enjoyable for them with value-added incentives. Etisalat says it hopes to increase customer satisfaction through this offering.
