Chat commerce app has partnered with Stutern to launch a new feature

The feature goes live today and will employ assistants who will provide 24-hour support to merchants who make use of the BuyChat app.

BuyChat, the chat commerce app that was recently launched by BalogunMarket.ng, is collaborating with Stutern to launch a new feature called BuyChat Assistant.

The interns that will man the 24-hour support channels will do so remotely from anywhere in the country. They will also earn some money.

The BuyChat Assistants will help improve user experience on the BuyChat app by recommending items in shops close to them.

That way, they will be acting as agents of those shops as well as help BuyChat users get cool deals in various shopping categories (fashion, electronics, and grocery shopping).

Stutern is providing the interns through its own platform and BuyChat will deploy them to the areas it doesn't have covered yet. You can apply to be a BuyChat assistant here.
