Former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nasir El-rufai has accused the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of rigging in Nigeria’s Presidential elections.

El-rufai, who is the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate for Kaduna State, made the allegations on Tuesday, March 31.

“The Commanding Officer, 195 Battalion (Rear) Major M. S. Adamu has been arrested and detained at the Headquarters of 4 Brigade officers’ Mess in Benin for refusing to cooperate with the Peoples Democratic party (PDP), Board of TrusteesT (BoT) Chairman, Tony Anenih.”
“Tony Anenih had reportedly ordered Major Adamu to use his boy to provide cover for the rigging of the votes in Edo State, an act he refused but landed him into trouble.”

The Presidential and National Assembly elections took place on Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, 29.
