President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari has said that his administration will prosecute all security personnel found guilty of committing electoral offences in the recently held elections.
We’ll prosecute security personnel for electoral offences – President-elect
Buhari said further that ballot snatching and other offences which were allegedly committed by soldiers would not go unpunished.

The President-elect also stated that he had already instructed that all such offences be documented by governors of the states affected, especially Edo, Imo and Rivers States.
Buhari reportedly stated this on Thursday, April 30, 2015, during a meeting with members of the South East Caucus of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the Defence House in Abuja.
The President-elect is set to be sworn into office on May 29, 2015.
