Fashola opens up on corruption allegation

Fashola told the Senators that he never signed a cheque through out his tenure as Governor of Lagos, neither did any of his commissioners.

The former Governor of Lagos state, Babatunde Raji Fashola, was asked about the allegations levelled against him.

The question was thrown to him, by Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, who asked him to tell the Senate,  if he actually built a website for N78m.

In a shocking response, the former Governor told the Senators that he never signed a cheque through out his tenure as Governor of Lagos, neither did any of his commissioners.

Adding that it was an institutionalised process.
