President Goodluck Jonathan today, January 6, held a top-level security meeting with Nigeria’s service chiefs.

The meeting, which is holding at the Presidential Villa, reportedly also has the Governors of Borno, Adamawa, Yobe and Kaduna States in attendance.

The purpose for the meeting is still unclear but it is believed to be centered on the current insecurity plaguing the Northeastern part of the country.
