Buhari holds secret meeting with ex-President

Jonathan reportedly arrived the Villa at 2:00pm in the company of his Special Assistant on Domestic Affairs, Dr Dudaffah.

President Muhammadu Buhari and former president Goodluck Jonathan at a peace treaty meeting prior to Nigeria's March 28 and April 11, 2015 general election.

Former President, Goodluck Jonathan, today, November 2, 2015, met with President Muhammadu Buhari behind closed doors.

The meeting is said to have held at the banquet hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

Jonathan reportedly arrived the Villa at 2:00pm in the company of his Special Assistant on Domestic Affairs, Dr Waripamowei Dudafa.

The meeting lasted less than ten minutes as Jonathan reportedly departed at about 2:10pm.

Jonathan had also paid an earlier such visit to Buhari on August 6.

Buhari said on Sunday, November 1, that he would never tire of speaking out about the corruption which took place during his predecessor’s regime and would always tell Nigerians the truth about the situation in the country.
