According to a report by Vanguard Newspaper, Mark polled 150 votes to beat Daniel Onjeh of the All Progressives Congress, APC, who had 37 votes.
The polling result was from the VIP 1, Otukpo Club, Township ward.
It was further reported that in a nearby polling unit, VIP II, Mark also won Onjeh with 97 votes to 19 votes.
