The APC chieftain said Saraki's CCT trial was initially a mere political victimization engineered by a section of the ruling class.
Frank’s comment is sequel to Saraki’s victory at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.
The CCT dismissed Saraki’s case of false asset declaration following his no-case submission on May 4, 2017.
Frank said the ruling by the CCT chairman, Danladi Umar, that the prosecution team failed to prove the allegation against Saraki showed that "it was initially a mere political victimization engineered by a section of the ruling class."
While commending the tribunal for allowing justice to prevail, Frank said the judgement will make Saraki more focus in making laws that will positively impact on humanity.

"Now that the case has been laid to rest, I call on our leaders to come together and form a united force for the sake of our party and the progress of Nigeria project,” he said.
Frank noted that the victory was not for Saraki alone but Nigerians at large.
He called on both the executive and legislative arms of government to work together to improve living standard of Nigerians.
