Sanusi met with Osinbajo behind closed doors on Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi visits Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo on August 5, 2015, at the State house in Abuja.

The Emir however refused to tell journalists the purpose of his visit saying “You can just report that I came to the villa."

Sanusi had earlier visited Osinbajo on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at the State house after a previous meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari.

Osinbajo has been acting president since Buhari left the country in January for a 10-day medical vacation in London.
