An official of Fidelity Bank Plc, Mr. Timothy Olaobaju, on Monday, narrated how a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke, stashed a sum of $115,010,000 in the bank with subsequent instructions to convert it to naira and be distributed among individuals in the 36 states of the federation.
