Court throws out PDP spokesman’s case against FG
Metuh had taken the FG to court over his arrest by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Metuh had taken the FG to court over his arrest by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
The case was dismissed by presiding judge, Justice Okon Abang on Thursday, February 25, 2016 because neither Metuh nor his lawyer showed up for the hearing of the matter.
The judge further ordered Metuh to pay six agents of the federal government N20, 000 each as trial costs.
The PDP spokesman is being tried for money laundering and destruction of evidence.
