Ambode urges Lagosians to ignore protests
Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode has urged residents of the state to proceed with their normal activities despite a planned strike by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) today, May 18, 2016.

Ambode made the comments via Twitter on May 17 and also warned against any attempts to disrupt the peace.

Meanwhile, the Trade Union Congress (TUC) has said that it’s not participating in the NLC strike.
