In Zaria Shi'ite leader reportedly killed by Army

It was further reported that the deceased were shot dead in Zaria town in the ongoing clash between military and members of the sect.

There are reports that the leader of Shi’ite sect  members in Kano state, Muhammad Turi has been killed.

A report by Daily Trust Newspaper revealed that the sect’s leader in the state and the national spokesman Ibrahim Usman have been confirmed killed.

It was further reported that the deceased were shot dead in Zaria town in the ongoing clash between military and members of the sect.

Spokesperson of the sect in Kano, Ahmad Saqafa, allegedly confirmed the death of the two shi'ite  members.
