It was also reported that security agencies in Kogi State are working to ensure the safe release of officials who were abducted by some gunmen in Kogi State on Friday, April 22, 2016.
The three officials, Adebimpe Ogunlumade, Tajudeen Badejoko and Oladapo Arogundade were returning from Abuja when gunmen accosted them between Obajana and Lokoja in Kogi State and whisked them away to an unknown destination.
