The Executive Secretary of the Kano state Primary health care management board, Dr Nasir Muhammad has stated that the state government plans on upgrading its facilities and has proposed to spend over N500 million which will cut across the 44 local governments.

He said that this administration will embark on awareness campaigns to prevent and protect indigenes from communicable and non communicable diseases.
