The increasing economic hardship has thrown both young and the old in Kaduna State North Western Nigeria to seek other means of livelihood.

Pulse gathered that many people don’t always bothered about the risk and security threat involved in as much as the trade would bring food to the table, they will gladly do it.

Finding revealed that some make used of bicycles as a means of carrying large goods to the market while school age pupils are into vulcanizing and other menial jobs.

Pulse camera caught an old man carrying overload on a bicycle at Sokoto road, Kaduna.

In what may be seen as embarrassing, the law enforcement agent’s saddles with the responsibilities of ensuring safe society have derailed from their primary responsibility.

School children are not left behind in the struggle for survival. Just like every other child of his age who engaged themselves in a particular trade for different motive, this young boy, Isa Saleh captured in the picture is not an exception.

As a teenager, he engaged himself in vulgarizing activities after returning from school, at new Bida road, Kaduna state.

This is what I do to support my parent. Each day I returned to school, I always come here,” Isa said.
