Former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki’s passport has reportedly been seized by officials of the State Security Service (SSS).

Dasuki has also been placed under house arrest and was prevented from observing the Eid-el-Fitr prayer on Friday, July 17, 2015.

The SSS operatives invaded Dasuki’s home in Asokoro, Abuja, on Thursday, July 16, and seized all his cars, apparently to prevent an escape.
However, no official reason has been given for the siege on the former NSA’s residence.

Dasuki was relieved of his duties by President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday, July 13.
