Bring Back Our Girls group marches to Presidential Villa on January 14, 2016

Some parents of the abducted Chibok girls and members of the Bring Back Our Girls group are currently on a march to the Presidential Villa to meet with President Muhammadu Buhari.

The group is expected to query the president on the fate of and plans to rescue the missing girls.

The march comes after Buhari said during his recent media chat that the government didn’t have any clue as to the girls’ whereabouts.

The Presidency has also said that it’s treading softly on negotiating with Boko Haram for the girls’ release in order to avoid being duped.

Presidential aide, Femi Adesina had earlier revealed that the Goodluck Jonathan administration had paid millions of dollars to fake members of the sect in a bid to secure the girls’ release.

The over 200 girls were abducted on April 14, 2014, and most of them still remain in captivity.
