President Muhammadu Buhari has said that there’s no going back on the recovery of funds looted from Nigeria’s coffers.

Buhari also said that his administration would curb the menace of corruption which has been plaguing the country.

The president made the comments on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, during a meeting with French businessmen and investorsat the headquarters of the Movement of the Enterprises of France (MEDEF) in Paris.
According to presidential media aide, Garba Shehu, Buhari said:
“Our ongoing economic reforms are designed to restore business confidence & block leakages & wastage of public resources.”
“We are also focused on the recovery of stolen wealth belonging to the country.”
Buhari earlier revealed, during a visit to the United States of America in July, that about $150billion had been stolen from Nigeria’s treasuries in the last decade
