President also has a cough, and it’s worse than the ear infection

A report by Sahara Reporters states that Buhari might extend his 10-day trip to the United Kingdom because of the cough.

Buhari left Nigeria on Monday, June 6, 2016, to get medical attention for a persistent ear infection.

“He [Buhari] will see an E.N.T Specialist for a persistent ear infection. The President was examined by his Personal Physician and an E.N.T Specialist in Abuja, and was treated,” Buhari’s media aide, Femi Adesina said via a statement before the president’s departure.

The ear infection is believed to be the reason why Buhari cancelled official trips to Lagos and Ogoniland.

Meanwhile, Adesina has said that Buhari is not ill and he also urged Nigerians to pray for the president instead of stirring up controversy.
