Abdullahi Dikko Ex-Customs boss discharged, released from EFCC

Dikko, who is being investigated over the source of the funds with which he acquired his Abuja mansion, has reportedly returned to his N2bn mansion.

Ex-Comptroller General of the Nigerian Customs Service, Abdullahi Dikko Inde, has been discharged from the hospital after been admitted following his arrest by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on fraud charges.

According to a tweet by SaharaReporters, Dikko, who was interrogated by EFCC on Thursday, June 16, 2016, had been released by the anti-graft commission after he was discharged from the hospital.

Dikko, who is being investigated over the source of the funds with which he acquired his Abuja mansion, has reportedly returned to his N2bn mansion.

There are no indications that the charges against Dikko have been totally dropped, it was gathered that the ex-Customs boss was released on Thursday, June 23, 2016.
