On the 11th of November, Pulse Nigeria reported that the persistent Apapa traffic causes business operators to lose about N5 billion.

According to Rev Jonathan Nicol,President, Shippers’ Associations, Lagos State Chapter, the implications of the traffic include “economy pressure, reduction of man-hour and hardship to lives.”

The National Press Secretary, Association of Nigeria License Customs Agents (ANLCA), Dr Farinto Kayode,went on to say that the traffic on Apapa road is caused by bad roads and advised the Federal government to repair them.
