Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch

On December 28th, Pulse Nigeria reported that the Neverland Ranch, previously owned by Michael Jackson, is currently on sale.

CNBC reports that the owners of the property, a real estate investment firm called Colony Capital, are selling the home for $100 million (N19.9b), with Chinese buyers, as the target.

"Our goal is to display these unique properties to Chinese buyers. If you look at the U.S. property market, it's been boosted by an influx of Chinese investors. They are the largest foreign investors, having spent $30 billion last year alone. Those people are really buying things at the high end of the market..."

Pulse readers were asked if they would pay N19.9 billion to live in Michael Jackson's home.

I would love to see where the late King of Pop lived.

However, i do not think i am willing to pay that much.

The ranch has railroad tracks, a pool, a train station with a giant clock made of flowers, a 50-seat movie theater designed by MichaelJackson, and six bedrooms.
