Grenadines Homes has revealed it's plan to reduce Nigeria's 17 million housing deficit.

Dyegh said the payments for the apartments are flexible, giving owners the opportunity to pay between 12 and 18 months.

The marketing manager shed more light on the purpose of the apartments, adding that they were situated around the Lagos Business School (LBS), and a walking distance from the new Lekki Mall.

“The beautiful thing about this estate is that it is built for a vibrant and diverse community that values cosmopolitan living. Its close proximity to some of the Lagos business hubs like the iconic learning institution; The Lagos Business School and the new Lekki mall, makes it an ideal home for the discerning mind,” she said.

Features include en suite bedrooms, swimming pool, gym, 24-hour security, underground cable, children play ground, green area, tennis court and paved road network.
