Blazing the trail in Nigeria’s highly competitive financial services industry, Fidelity Bank Plc on Tuesday, March 21 hosted a one-hour live digital hangout via Facebook and YouTube dubbed ‘#HangoutWithFidelity’, the much anticipated event moderated by Bolanle Olukanni, Co-Host on Project Fame West Africa and Moments with Mo- was just another vivid example of how social media is changing the way brands communicate with customers.

Recent studies have provided strong evidence that show that customers are becoming open to brand interaction. To this end, the Bank is developing personalised experiences using technology to engage, entertain and inspire customers.

This is with a view to improving customer satisfaction, sales and loyalty.

For us, the event provided a unique opportunity to strengthen the emotional connection between our customers, prospects and our brand.
